On the second piece of work Louis carried out at my property, he and his colleague John arranged for scaffolding to be set-up and carried out the removal of an old chimney stack at the back of the property, taking the brick down to below roof level, installing felt and new tiles over the opening and finishing with a tile vent. The principle Waldek them proved hard to get hold off. Dispite paying some of the money upfront I had to get another builder to complete the job. there are several question marks as to whether or not the company is LTD or not, and the address of the builders as Waldek uses several different addresses. I would ask for ID if you are considering using this builder which I do not recomend.
