We have lot 17 and very easily pulled through a 37' trailer attached to a Dodge 3500 Diesel Doolie. They have two sewer connections which is sweet since we have 3 gray and 1 black tank. I was able to connect two short hoses rather than the standard nest. All sites are gravel and well marked on white posts. A concern for some is the place butt's up to a graveyard on one end.

I wouldn't have given it that high a rating but jt was a nice hike. When you first start the trail there is a fork for the loop, either you go down into the forest or go straight along the cliff. Most people we ran into seemingly walked down into the forest first, which meant they walked uphill most of the hike. We went straight along the cliff wall and ended up walking down hill for most of the 5 mile loop. It really was only the last half a mile that was uphill to get back to the start of the trail. I highly advise to go straight to make less work on yourself esp if you're elderly or with young families. I saw a few people turn around because the hike up was becoming too much. We had three children 5 and under who didn't feel tired until we were into the half mile uphill for reference on the different experiences you can have depending on the route you take.

Our kids were 2, 5, and 7 at the time and played outside ALL THE TIME. We always had good service from the park staff. Since we were RV newbies, the park owner and his assistant had to help us a LOT, but they were always ready and willing. Anyway -- for an address close to everything, for a fairly low monthly outlay, this place Can't Be Beat.

Refund was refused, even though the office manager who I reached on Monday said this has occurred before. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau.
