Their quote beat every other quote I received. We agreed upon a date and time. The night before service, Tony called me to confirm the appointment time. The morning of, Tony called to let me know he would be here just a few minutes late because he was rerouted due to an accident. (Note: my pickup time was 8:00, and I live between two very busy morning traffic roads, so this is 100% understandable.) I appreciated the communication.. most companies wouldn't call about a 5 minute difference! Jerrell was right on time and actually had everything out and loaded when Tony got here at 8:05. Jerrell and Tony were both so friendly. This is extremely important for me, as I am a single woman. You never know who is coming in to your home, and the kindness and warmth was greatly appreciated. Also, an extra FYI: when I was talking to Jerrell about the moving services they provide, I did ask if they are insured, and he said they are insured and bonded. The worst thing on the whole move was a container of cinnamon opened up and spilled on the other dishes in the box. They were insanely detailed wrapping and packing everything so carefully .
