And our kept calling, and they said he wasn't ready, but they did not know. I was in the parking lot calling. I went in there he wasn't being groomed. I asked for my dog. I waited a long time they said they didn't have him. They gave him to another customer. It took forever for the customer to come back with my dog. And when I took my dog home, he was licking his private parts. Non-stop, I think they kidnapped my dog to breed him. Please be careful with forebreed dogs taking them to this place. I wish I would have called the police.

Although my Labrador Retriever, Spitzer, was on three medications for seizures, he had a seizure while checking him in for grooming services at Pet Smart. The manager told me he couldn't be groomed there. One day while I was at Terri's, Spitzer again had a seizure. Rather than the "get him out of here" attitude, the staff was very concerned for his well-being. I will never forget their kindness. I am very happy with the services provided by Terri's, and in particular my groomer, Aliyah.
