Although we had estimates from several companies, we had a good feeling about them based on several factors: Professionalism, responsiveness, design ideas, willing to work on options to fit within our budget and their education and experience in the field. Creative Pavers would have started the project by date promised but we were held up by our township permits. There were a few small details that came up during construction that I was ok with, but they went beyond expected to make changes and exceeded my expectations. All I had to do was gently mention something and the foreman reported back to the owners and they made changes immediately. Team was always here early and worked a full day even through questionable weather. The word "Creative" in their name is not there by accident! We were very happy with the process and the completed project. Project: Rebuilt deck with Trex, Paver Patio and Firepit... all done by one contractor although I dont like to use the word contractor because it doesnt really describe this professional design/build company. They showed up when they were scheduled and completed the job within a few hours. Looked like a new wall - very happy with the work that was done. I'm sure many people have passed my house and thought, "What a horrible mess. Those people are so lazy." But here is someone I did not know or contact, who saw a person in a dire situation and thought, "What can I do to help?" Javier returned with his team yesterday and got to work. They spent the entire day in my yard clearing away years of overgrowth, including grass, ivy/vines, weeds, leaves, 'tree-lets" growing against the house. He texted me last night and said that he would return today, on the Independence Day holiday, to "finish up a few spots." And he kept his word. Since I was at work, he texted a picture to me of the finished front yard. Spectacular transformation. He would not take any payment from us, although we offered it several times. Everything was done at a cost to him, including paying his crew's salary and providing their meals. He was focused on his mission to provide blessings forward and we are forever grateful.
