As the operational director of a small non-profit, I was at a loss when it came to developing a newsletter through which we could reach our donors. Called about inquiring about using this PR firm to help promote our business. The President of the firm answered the phone very abrasive... ask who I was, and what company I was calling from.. when I told her the name of the company she assumed that I was trying to sale her services and was extremely rude ending up telling me not to call then hung up in my face. I am an owner of a small businesses with 4m in revenue. Why would I call her to solicit my services to a PR firm???? STAY AWAY non professional people trying to run a business. Absolutely unacceptable.The complete opposition to all good PR firms. I will remove this post in a few days because my intent is not to hurt anyone... But your response is your attempt at controlling a narrative. You are totally making up a scenario that most certainly did not occur. The truth is that I called back to explain my intent, after I was hung up on. You had a slight giggle and proceeded to apologize stating that you made a mistake. I accepted the apology, and asked if there was someone else I could speak with. At that point you stated that you did not think it was a good fit and hung up in my face again. - You were flat out rude I don't even write reviews but your attitude was so bad that I had to say something. read more
