I was referred this company for my mice and rat problem in my attic. The man was very quick to come…read moreout, set traps, and let me know he'd be back in a week to check them. Charged very little for the visit. Great! A week went by and nobody came back, nobody told me what day or time, nobody followed up, nothing. Meanwhile the activity in my attic seemed to be growing. So I called and found out I'd been scheduled a MONTH LATER. If I didn't do something fast, I'd be overrun! So I took it into my own hands and entered my attic with poison, deterrents, and traps. After that complaint, they scheduled the same person to come back and check on things a week after the call. Very nice and courteous. Turns out the traps weren't disturbed. None of them were set off except 1, which caught nothing but a patch of fur. I showed the man where I found droppings, where I'd figured they were coming from, and the measures I'd taken to stop the rodents. He looked around the house for a while, then came back with, "I'm sorry. I don't know what to do." Stunned. Horrified. Terrified. That was what I experienced when I heard those words. The PROFESSIONAL didn't know what to do?! He might as well have been saying, "I hope you like rats, because you're in THEIR house now." So after confessing that he had no power and no idea how to get rid of them, he promises to try and get his superiors to the house. That was comforting. He was going to leave, no charge. Sounds good. Nope! Turns out, he decided MORE traps (that weren't working in the first place) were a good idea and then proceeds to charge me again. I don't know about you, but paying for "I don't know what to do" feels to me like I just got scammed. Like he set traps just so he'd have a reason to charge me. It's not about the amount, it's the principal. I have tried several times to get a hold of the company in order to explain what happened and give some feedback in order to help and talk about this, but here I am. Because not 1 person has answered my call since that visit.

Robert was able to trap a number of rodents, but there was one that just would not leave. I kept calling, and Robert kept coming, looking for and patching up any possible entry points. We recently discovered evidence of termites, and remembering our positive experience, we called him again. He came to inspect the situation very quickly. Honestly, he was available to come the next day, but my work schedule delayed us. He arrived to do the inspection at the time he said he'd be there, and the inspection was quick and thorough. He provided a detailed explanation of our situation and the steps he'd need to take to address it. His explanation left us very confident that he knew what he was doing. The next step, soil treatment, was scheduled on the day of the inspection. That day he arrived on time and knocked it out. Some of the work he needed to do involved drilling through our foundation but this left no mess at all. What little foundation dust there was, he cleaned up. We felt the estimate was reasonable, and our final bill was exactly what he quoted us. The guy is super personable, explains everything in a detailed way, and is very efficient.
