We have used their services quite a few times over the past several years. They always do an amazing job!

Can't rate this person but I was disappointed when he promised to help me regarding my ant infestation last Tuesday after waiting all weekend and when I called him he put it off another day. I don't think he needs the business . I told him that I could not wait that long and he did not say anything so I said goodbye and hung up. Little did I know that I would not find any such service. When I moved here I 8 years ago I had a bug company that came to my home frequently. read more

Always on time? Very thorough. Spider webs are always removed. Highly recommend

Quick response and explained the work done in detail. We used them for a spot treatment on termites. Highly recommend!!!

So professional, friendly, reliable, and thorough. Just the best to support such a quality, locally-owned business!

Laban and his son Colton have been controlling the creepy-crawlies around my house quarterly for years. I love that it's a small family business. Laban's wife Dena does the billing. All of them are very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. I love that I am on their schedule and I don't have to think about it. They call me and schedule when I am due for my maintenance spraying. Thank you Aragon Family! read more

Laban came out for the initial service (new customer) and sprayed the perimeter of the house and mentioned he'd return if we had any issues before our next 2 month servicing. The following week we had ants in our microwave and bathroom wall plates so I called and left a message. Laban returned the call immediately to schedule the following Wed. On Monday morning he called and asked if he could come and take care of the issue on Tuesday before noon... YES, absolutely and thank you Laban for your courtesy phone call and showing up a day early. Very professional and prompt along with Labans concern and consideration of his clients. Laban is very much appreciated read more

Came when requested and did a great job. Laban was very friendly and gave me a price in advance.

Another WOW! Laban service was far above what I expected. He sprayed the house for spiders and ants. Spend a long time cleaning up the spider webs that encased the patio and patio furniture. Did a fabulous job ensuring the creatures will not reappear anytime soon. I would recommend his service anytime. read more

Great service, professional and great service. Even performed more than I asked them to. I recommend them for your pest needs!

Laban far exceeded my expectations, even after reading all of the stellar reviews on Yelp. We had small brown beetles taking over our pantry and kitchen and despite our best Googling and home remedy attempts, we could not get piece of mind that they were gone. I called Laban and he called me back in less than an hour with answers to what I was dealing with and how to help get rid of them. He advised we wait until Monday since rain was due, which I didn't even consider! Way above and beyond with his service and work, we are very happy new clients of Laban! Big plus that it's a family business. Laban and his son are the people you will see when he services your property. Five stars!!! read more

We recently moved to a home in Lompoc that was infested with ants! Laban was highly recommended to us so we had him come and help us with the problem. Laban was awesome his attitude and personality was great and he explained everything to us. He even came back a week later to check on the situation and spray more to help get the ants under control. Easy to contact and get ahold of and very prompt and punctual. Now we are dealing with mice/rats and he was Jonny on the spot once again. If you've got pest problems Laban is you're guy definitely! Highly recommend and he's now coming every couple months to keep things under control. Also his prices are super reasonable! Highest Marks!! read more

Our newly rented home turned out to be absolutely overrun with fleas. Laban arrived quickly, got to work right away, and was done in minutes. He was great about communicating when he would arrive, and what we could do in the future to avoid our bug problem. We haven't had a problem since. Friendly, professional, and very efficient. Called for an ant job. He was there within two days. Sprayed everywhere he could and was quite efficient. Laban is a very nice person who's about as professional as you can get. When some ants reappeared, I called and he was back the next day. This finished them off. He did wear a very clean uniform also. I was also very impressed when he called back three days later to make sure they did not reappear. He has earned all of my future business. read more
