There was no clear transparency regarding the exchange rate applied before confirming the transaction over the phone. Even when taking typical exchange margins into account, the difference remains extremely high and difficult to justify for a currency exchange service. When I followed up, the explanations provided by phone were not satisfactory and remained vague. There is a significant lack of transparency regarding the actual rate applied. I do not recommend this service. It is better to exchange your money directly in the destination country.
