The website description of - "Effective estate planning facilitates the orderly transfer of assets to your beneficiaries, provides security for your surviving spouse, and can reduce or eliminate the tax due on the transfer of your business and other assets." was definitely not adhered to. He did NOT tax one of her RRSP's in her final return which resulted in an over $50,000 responsibility back into the estate. He argued it wasn't his fault it was the fault of the financial planner not taxing at the source. I would never recommend his service.
