I don't think that this is my branch of TD but I always go to this location. The people are really friendly and get the job done quickly and accurately. The only time I had an issue at this location was with a teller that had come to fill in from another location. Also, the last few times that I've gone in they have teletoon retro playing on the tv. It's a nice change of pace to watch Scooby-Doo, Casper or My Pet Monster instead of the doom and gloom of the daily news. I'll be moving closer to this location in the near future and plan on switching so that this is my main branch. Also, a quick shout out to the teller I use most often. She's always got a smile and seems to love her job. I believe her name is Shauna... Well done, team! read more

They are also prone to rudeness. Made an appointment by phoning the branch Showed up only to be told appointment had been made for a branch across town where we do not have an account. Not only did they not make the least attempt to correct their mistake, but they added insult to injury by then immediately serving a fellow who had just walked in off the street with no appointment When asked if we could be granted the same courtesy, we were told it was impossible because the only staffer available was at lunch! With no apparent scheduled return, apparently. Out to lunch about sums up the management here. Deal with TD if you must, but NOT this branch. Centrum seems fine.

When I write to them again to verify the truth, they even didn't reply my email anymore! Another worst thing is their online service! I really understand now that why all my friends around me have given up their business with National Bank.

I seldom have to wait for a teller. Customer reps are friendly and efficient and I like the "greeter" who chats you up in the line-up. The four stars here are for TD's new coin sorter service. Today I brought in a medium-sized baggie of coins and it turned out to be $88 worth. Better yet, with a personal account, there is no service charge for converting the coins to cash or debiting your account. The only, only downside is that the coin machine gives you a credit slip that you have to take to the teller to complete the transaction. However, the "greeter" told me that by the end of the year, you will be able to swipe your debit card on the coin machine and get the money deposited directly. Woo hoo!

I was surprised to see how small the bank actually was, holding only 4 teller stations. With all the tellers with clients, and only 2 people in line, it felt a little stuffy being in there. But, with that being said, I have never seen amazing bank tellers like the ones that were working that evening. They all appeared to go above and beyond with each client. The teller serving me was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable, especially since I was a nervous wreck after misplacing my bank card. I got my bank card replaced very quickly and my negative situation was quickly reversed. Like most TD's the hours are fantastic. I lost my bank card at 6:30pm. At 7:00pm, I had a new bank card in my hand and was on my merry way. If it was not for the crammed front office, I would have given this location 5 stars.

They're open late a few nights a week and are open on Saturdays. There does tend to be a bit of a line up during lunch hours and on weekends, but that's expected I guess. They always have at least four tellers on though, so the line always moves pretty quickly. They usually have some kind of community fundraiser going on which I think is awesome, and makes me like them even more (see? Sales tactics totally work).
