The woman I talked to in the office was very professional and said she would definitely send a crew to fix this. It took a couple of hours before they came, but this was actually quite fast as all of their crews were engaged on other projects. The two that came to the house were terrific. They quickly figured out the problem and commenced to replace the sump pump. After a successful installation, they monitored the pump to insure it was was doing exactly what they thought it should be doing. I was extremely happy with the service provided.
