We had a good experience with Heather in preparing our wills. The front desk staff however is incredibly rude and has a poor manner. As an example, I called for an estimate for putting my step-father's will through probate and simply asked for an estimate with the understanding that as an estimate, it isn't a definite price, she was incredibly rude with no regard for my very recent loss. I'm revising my review from one star to three stars because after sending the letter to deVrieze Carney PLLC they actually, called to apologized and refunded all of the fee I paid them to my credit card. In the end as a team in the office they did propose a good workable solution, although the cost was so excessive I did not follow through with them. In my experience they charge large fees for little and incomplete work if you are willing to let them get away with it. read more
