Then when prices for home and umbrella doubled the next year and got the same BS about "well you lost a discount but if you purchase auto here are your new rates" which was double the auto premium I was paying with a different company. So cancelled policies and asked if there was a refund for the home so I could direct it immediately back to Escrow. Said no there is no refund. Two days later got a refund check in the mail. Thanks for wasting my time and my money so now I have to call my lender and get get an escrow analysis before I do anything with the check. Super irritated.

And, all because State Farm INSISTS in using after market parts when the car manufacturer (Tesla) REQUIRES that any authorized service center repairing Tesla vehicles to use ONLY original Equipment Manufacturer (Tesla manufactured) parts. It has been over 4 weeks now, and these overbearing, cheap MF'ers STILL want to basically nickle and dime us, and cheap out by going with after market parts on 2 remaining parts that need to be replaced. And, all for fixing vehicle damage that was DEFINITELY NOT the driver's fault! (As a passenger, I was THERE, and witnessed it WITH MY OWN 2 EYES at the time it happened). Whenever this all FINALLY over and resolved, we likely might start looking for a new auto insurance provider. Enough is enough! Like a bad neighbor, State Farm was definitely NOT there for us, despite being a customer of theirs for some years by now. PS - Chad Kerr himself is now trying to get this fair and honest review removed by me. Which frankly, is State Farm (via Chad Kerr) only making matters worse. Because, it shows me that Chad is more interest in "his" agency (State Farm's agency... he just is THEIR agent and representative at the local branch with his name on the front door, alongside State Farm's name on the door, and State Farm's name on the caller ID for incoming calls from "his" office). Look, WE WANT OUR CAR BACK!! Repaired PROPERLY at an authorized Tesla repair center (Betten Baker) using REAL Tesla manufactured parts ONLY). We have FULL COVERAGE, and was told by Chad Kerr's office (in other words, State Farm's branch office) that it would be covered except for the $100 deductible. Thus far, after 4 weeks and counting, our Tesla Model Y STILL has not had repairs completed, thanks to State Farm playing stupid hardball nonsense with Betten Baker auto repair, and cheaping out, thereby neglecting us as customers, and not honoring the full coverage plan we have with State Farm.
