I assumed the technicians would notice and address the issue, but they never did. By July, large areas of grass had completely died. During their routine visits, the technicians never contacted us, and we never had the chance to speak with them. When we finally caught them one day, they just rushed through the job--spraying randomly without addressing the dead patches. Only after we pointed out the problem did they check and claim it was an insect issue, then sprayed some chemicals. By that time, most of my front yard was already dead. They promised that if the lawn didn't recover by the end of August, they would replace the grass. Since then, we have called countless times. Each time, we were told a service manager would call us back the next day. That never happened. Either no one called at all, or after many follow-ups, someone would call days later with a completely different excuse--"just observe," "waiting for evaluation," or "someone will come." I've been hearing the same promises since July, and now it's the end of September, and no replacement has ever happened. Meanwhile, my backyard is overrun with weeds. I checked my security camera footage and saw the technician walk a single straight line across the yard, spraying only once. The entire "treatment" lasted less than three minutes. Now I fully understand why my lawn looks terrible. Three weeks ago, they promised to replace my lawn within two weeks. It has now been over three weeks, and no one has shown up or contacted us. We called again this Monday and were told a service manager would call us back. Today is Wednesday, and--just like always--no one has called. This company is unprofessional, unresponsive, and does not stand behind their promises. Do not expect them to resolve your issues or return your calls. I would never recommend them.
