Requested a specific haircut and gave Athena a picture that has instructions on what size clipper to use for different parts of the body. Athena was so convincing when talking to me that I trusted she knew what she was doing. WRONG!!!! Did not get what I asked for at all . My pup looked like a bobble head wearing socks. :( And when I asked the groomer what happened all she could say is she was wiggly. If a groomer cannot handle a wiggly dog, they shouldn't groom the dog and leave it to more experienced groomers. Going to all animal grooming is like going to a cheap haircut place where everybody rents their own booth and you never know what you're gonna get. I wish I would've known this before I went.
