I have been suffering from an irrational fear of public speaking for as long as I can remember. I finally got angry with the situation and realized that I needed some help. Not knowing anything about hypnotherapy, I decided to give it a try and found Paz on Yelp. I was attracted to her offer of a "30-day fix" because I didn't want ongoing therapy for years and years with no end in sight. Within one hour (seriously), she was able to get to the root of the problem - the moment when the first "domino" fell and led me down the path to self-doubt and insecurity. After the initial session, Paz had me listen to a custom-made audio recording every morning after waking and every night before going to sleep. 30 days later, I was in a completely different headspace. Hypnosis wasn't what I thought it was based on tv and the movies, it's far more subtle....but it worked. I was able to deliver the speech. I was merely stating my opinions along with the facts I witnessed to help another avoid the misery I faced here. I'm years clean and sober, but in no help from this dump. Hopefully it's run differently now but I have a feeling it's not given the plethora of threatening messages I've received. I'm 4 years sober and not because of this place.
