I found a cheaper place and moved out on July 12, but they refuse to refund my money for the remainder of July. They only had a cart to use one time, and there were a lot of bugs in my unit when we moved out (it was an interior unit too). If you're looking for a storage unit, run far away from this one. They will drain you dry and send your call to an I dia call center when they don't want to talk to you.

The rental spots on the north end of the property are most vulnerable . Use caution!!

I have to say, this is the best Uhaul to rent from. Robert, the General Manager, is the absolute…read morebest person I've met at Uhaul. I recently made a move to Florida in February 2021. I was having a pretty bad day when I came to pick up my trailer, and he could see that. He was so kind. He offered a few free days to return my trailer because the weather was bad and I didn't know how long it would take to get there by myself. Then he offered to hook the trailer up and saw that I purchased the wrong size pin for my hitch and gave me the correct size. The kindness and helpfulness of Robert and his staff were outstanding. I recommend anyone rent from this Uhaul. Absolutely the best!!

I visited this location to drop off items to a storage unit, and was severely appalled with the…read morelevel of disrespect I was spoken to by an employee, who I believe may have been a manager. I was sitting in my car, and less than 2 minutes passed before this employee came up to my window and aggressively went off how I'm not allowed to have my vehicle running. I immediately turned my vehicle off, as I was unaware that that extremely short period of time, that I hadn't yet even gotten out of my car, would be such a significant issue. I do understand and recognize that there are risks for leaving your car running unattended - the garage door has not yet shut and again, very brief period of time. Despite my immediate compliance and agreeing to shut off my car, this employee continued to honestly harass me as to how this was such a major risk and wouldn't even let me get a word in. I had to say "okay" numerous times, and car was turned off, and she kept aggressively bombarding me how "it's not allowed" and unsafe and how "once she closes that garage door, the carbon monoxide will set off the alarm which will take her an hour to shut off." Again, I want to emphasize that I do understand how this could be a risk if enclosed space and continuously running. I've worked in customer service for years, and I know it's a tough field. But I have never felt more disrespected by a store employee than this experience. There was zero reason to be so disrespectful and aggressive with a customer. If I had had the time, I would have went inside and complained then. National Storage, please train your staff on proper etiquette and even conflict management. This was absolutely uncalled for.

She was great about finding a space that met my needs. The facility is great. It's a mini storage, so it's pretty simple, but I was confident that my property would be safe and secure under their watch, which it was. I never had any problems. When the time came that I no longer needed the storage space, closing out the contract was simple as well. If I need a storage facility again in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to return to them. Kim has been great to work with from start to finish.

Every tire was low, the front passenger should have been replaced some time ago, steering wheel shakes like a brick in a dryer, oil wasnt reading on the dipstick, trailer tires were also low (all of them unless they are only suppose to have 25 to 30 psi)(sticker says 65),Got to have the steering wheel at 10 o'clock to keep it straight(ish), transmission is definitely due for a inspection hard shifting first and second but slips coming out of third, tow haul button does not work (so that's nice). Truck will barely get up to speed going down hill. I'm heading to West Virginia... pretty hilly state, I'm sure it's going be a blast. I was a delivery driver for more than 4 years and have driven more box trucks then I can remember. But I guarantee that this one I WILL remember, don't be proud of that. If I knew my move was going to go like this I wouldn't be moving. This here is one customer that will not be a return customer. So all in all thanks for the headache. BUT THE A/C does work at first I was hesitant in using it figured a rattle snake would jump out at me if I turned it on or something along those lines.
