During a particularly acrimonious situation, Lydia immediately teamed up with my spouse and helped them to keep as much information regarding the sale of the property from me as possible. I was not made aware of showings, offers or anything that I would expect to receive from a realtor. She assisted my spouse in effectively locking me out of our property. I was forced to subpoena her office for information SHE should have provided to me. I found out through the subpoena a lot of things that she assisted my spouse in doing regarding the property, including helping them to procure a loan against the sale of the home. Half of the loan was subtracted from my share of the proceeds without my knowledge. Knowing that proceeds from the home were mine as well, as a professional, she should have made me aware of the loan. There were also text conversations between the two of them discussing how to keep me out of MY home. Divorce is devastating enough without random people who should be conducting themselves as professionals stepping in and choosing sides.
