They got here around 1230pm. They checked a few things on the unit, which was in our ceiling. They said they needed to go to the shop to because they forgot their ladder. they left at 115pm. Their shop is literally 4 blocks away. At 415pm I called them to see if they were ever coming back. I got no return call. On Tuesday at 10am I called again. No answer and no return call. Very unprofessional on many levels. He gives small business everywhere a black eye. I would recommend not using this company at all costs.
