I contacted Rod yesterday because I had urgent personal matter that I needed someone near Allentown to look into for me. I contacted a couple of PI services. The first one I talked to felt like an interrogation than information seeking. After about 10 minutes, I knew that was not the person nor company I wanted to work with. About an hour later, Rod called. Right away, I knew he was someone I could trust. Even though it was a long weekend, he told me he would get on it the next day even though it'd be Memorial Day. I was under extreme emotional distress and Rod was compassionate, reassuring, and most of all professional. He took the time to listen to me and comforted me. He explained how he thought he could help me and what his fee would be. He asked if I agree with the approach he was going to take. If not, how I would like him to handle it. He provided insights to me based on his years of experience. I paid my fee via PalPal but after about 3 hours, I was able to finally get in touch with the person I was looking for so I didn't end up using Rod's service. I texted him and emailed him about midnight his time and to my surprise, he responded and told me he'd give me full refund which he did the next morning. He also told me he was very happy that I was able to contact the person I was looking for and that if I ever needed his service again to let him know. Although my issue did require short notice, I wasn't informed during or immediately after the apparently 5 hour investigation what was or did develop. No pictures or anything was given to me. Had to hunt down Rod to get Specifics. I won't hire this guy again. read more

Will not hire this guy again and do not recommend him. He took our money, did not investigate anything we asked him to and in the report had the day the incident (car accident) occurred wrong and gave us all the information we told him before we hired him. I called Devine Intervention for help finding someone who had disappeared with records that were mine and that I needed badly, but I didn't have her full name. Rod found her quickly, made anonymous contact with her, and gave me the information I was looking for, as well as a heads up about her shady history, all at a fee I felt was quite fair. I appreciated the time he took talking with me to understand the situation and advise me. I'm considering following up on my own, but it's great to know Rod is willing to do that too.
