There was not a thing that we disliked. The lady running the cafe and her husband are so personable and enthusiastic. It was a pleasure seeing them each day. The cafe is super clean and the view is great. We travel full-time and in our 5 year journey, this has been our favorite campground cafe. I ordered the Mushroom Bison Burger (lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles on the side) and it was deee-licious! The meat was tender, juicy and flavorful. Bison is naturally leaner than ground beef too! As we did in 2017, we also climbed Devils Tower. And we built up an appetite. Driving in we saw the sign "Best Bison Burgers..." and that sounded good... shortly after climbing, we were welcomed by Jonah and seated and ordering. We had worked up an appetite... about 15 minutes later the three of us had enjoyed 5 bison cheeseburgers, with house made chips, and extra pickles. My wife has gluten and dairy allergies, while I manage Alpha Gal syndrome, a tree nut allergy, and diabetes. Our server, Jessica, was knowledgeable about food sensitivities, took the time to answer our questions, and made sure we were comfortable with our meal choices. That attention to detail was very much appreciated. The atmosphere is casual, relaxed, and welcoming. Families with children would feel right at home here, but it also works well for couples or groups of friends.
