The interior is cute and there's often a queue upon entering to order at the counter, but don't let that intimidate you because it moves fast. I recommend getting some of their water on tap (both still and sparkling water are available) if you have to wait! If you're queer like me, you'll likely be drinking a cold black coffee and they have options! They have a regular cold brew in 3 sizes, a cold brew of the moment / seasonal (ask about it!) and a cold brew shandy for something different. My partner and I got two different cold brews on tap today, the original and the Seasonal Single Origin Honduran one. The single origin Honduran was better, but their original was good too. There's a lot of seating, but it's usually taken up, so I tend to just take my coffee to go. Expect to walk out for around $6ish a cup. They clearly care about providing you a good experience with a strong cup of coffee. Give them a shot if you're in downtown Overland Park!

I enjoyed my time here, looking at the decor and fine atmosphere. I had a cafe latte, a London Fog tea with vanilla syrup, and a slice of cinnamon bread. The drinks and bread tasted okay, but nothing special. The service was fast and the staff was very sweet and kind. I would still suggest this place to everyone more for its atmosphere than the food and non alcoholic drinks. I haven't always been a big coffee drinker, but my girlfriend said there used to be a drink called the Hospital Hill. It's essentially the Honeycomb with Cinnamon. Ever since that day, I've been hooked (I prefer it made hot. Absolute game changer). Not only is the coffee good, but the staff is friendly, personable, and helpful which means a lot to me. There's a lot of staff to name, so I'll leave it off this review, but they have all been exemplary and I believe they make this place great. I highly suggest coming here and grabbing yourself a coffee. It's also a nice and relaxing environment to study or do homework. The lighting is dark enough that it's not interfering too much with whatever activity you're doing in the moment. I will definitely be returning here.

So, if you're up to trying traditional yerba mate, be aware that you'll get a gradual burst of energy a little later. I personally loved the decor and the atmosphere here. They had little knick knacks you could purchase, a small refrigerator with items to take with you as well.
