The lavender Vanilla latte was delicious - not too sweet, had the right amount of coffee balanced with the rest. I really enjoyed it I haven't had a poptart in forever for a good reason but when I took a close look at this I could tell icing was generous and applied recently, and the filling would be great. And I was right! Also the blueberry part of the danish melted in my mouth since it was warmed up - absolutely delightful! The vibes are great for crowds, dates, or even a hangout spot. The interior is cute and there's often a queue upon entering to order at the counter, but don't let that intimidate you because it moves fast. I recommend getting some of their water on tap (both still and sparkling water are available) if you have to wait! If you're queer like me, you'll likely be drinking a cold black coffee and they have options! They have a regular cold brew in 3 sizes, a cold brew of the moment / seasonal (ask about it!) and a cold brew shandy for something different. My partner and I got two different cold brews on tap today, the original and the Seasonal Single Origin Honduran one. The single origin Honduran was better, but their original was good too. There's a lot of seating, but it's usually taken up, so I tend to just take my coffee to go. Expect to walk out for around $6ish a cup. They clearly care about providing you a good experience with a strong cup of coffee. Give them a shot if you're in downtown Overland Park!

They were out of salmon a they did ask if I mine the substitute of shrimp an I was delighted to try it. The shrimp were very fresh and done properly. I will say the kale salad is a hard one to pull off. I wish they had chopped it fine and it can hold a dressing longer and it gives the kale time to tenderize.
