Went in for a new iPad and Russell helped us. He was very nice and knowledgeable. As it turned out the iPad was having an issue with our email so I went back to the Genius Bar a few days later. Had to wait about an hour since I didn't have an appointment but once I got with the tech guy things went great. He obviously knew what he was doing., grasped the problem immediately and fixed it. I told him we might be moving, she might need to do remote again. He's willing to work with us on that should we need it. If you can't make a lesson, just give them 24 hours notice, then you won't be charged. My husband and I don't code, we don't help my daughter out. Sometimes she would get a little homework, because I ask for it. Overall you get your money's worth and everyone there is super nice too. The place is clean too.
