They had me bring my trailer the same day as I called (which is two days before Thanksgiving). The staff were all helpful and professional. The person who worked on my trailer took the time to show me how to properly secure my trailer to my vehicle, repaired more than just the connector I thought I needed, and verified that my lights were working before I left. But trying to talk to someone as a tech or someone to answer my questions about specifics of work that I wanted done. I was not given a chance to speak with or even have them to call me back at a later time by the receptionist. It was some pretty good work for them but evidently they have plenty of work and was not interested. So I cannot comment on their workmanship. Customer service and communication does go a long way. So I will continue looking for someone who is interested in my work to be done and my money.
