The driver did not call me to tell me they were here, despite my putting that in the instructions because I know Just Eat do not track drivers and I didn't want to miss the delivery. They did not tell me the order had gone back to the shop. I had to call 6 times to finally get someone to tell me that they had cancelled the order. The second phone attendant told me this was my fault because my 'phone number wasn't on my account', which isn't true because the first lady I spoke to confirmed that they have my number (she was really lovely and helpful, the second guy wasn't.) This second person said he would reorder for me, which was fine, until the second driver came, with only one pizza and two sides. I ordered two pizzas and two sides. First of all, the driver told me that the name was spelt wrong on the order because I Had Spelt My Own Name Wrong??? Secondly, he said that I had ordered one pizza and showed me the receipt on which there was the one pizza and two sides. This receipt came from the order made on my behalf by the second phone attendant. I checked my original order form, and it shows that I ordered two pizzas and two sides - I have picture evidence if need be. When I told the driver this, he said that I must have ordered wrong and it was my mistake. Offered no way to contact for a refund or Anything. It's literally my birthday. I just wanted a pizza.
