The water had soaked all the way through the carpet and padding to the metal floor underneath. They explained everything, showed me photos, and asked for my approval before doing any additional work. I never felt pressured. They removed the rear seats, lifted the carpet, extracted the water, treated the area, and made sure everything was properly dried before putting it back together. I really appreciated their honesty, transparency, and attention to detail. It's rare to find a shop that takes the time to educate you instead of just handing you a bigger bill. So of course, when the opportunity arose to wash my new car for a cheap price, I had to take it. There's a quarter exchange machine for you to take your dollar dollar bills and change them out for quarters. Each service is $1.25 (5 quarters, you're welcome). I just needed to rinse off some dust, random pollen and such. I didn't have much dirtiness caked on yet at this point. You can use the brushes they provide and use the attached hose to rinse by maneuvering it around your car. There is a timer that will cut the water/service off at a certain time. I came at night so it was pretty quiet. I don't know how busy it gets in terms of peak times, but overall, it's a quick and easy wash. It's cheap, but you can't bring your own materials - soap, towels, etc., although I'm not sure how it is enforced, as it's pretty quiet and empty and no employees around. Toward the end of the hour we were here, one car stopped by and emptied all the garbage cans (so I'm assuming he worked here).
