The owner was made aware of the situation and refuses to make it right. My boyfriend reached out to several shops in hopes of getting the repairs completed just to find out the damages that were made to the vehicle are worth thousands. This company was made aware of the situation and promised to make it right... then turned around and said "it's bad business to refund". The refund would've been $400. Which is WAY less than the actual cost of the damage. We would've been fine with the simple refund because that could've been put towards to repair. DO NOT go to this shop. This shop is unprofessional, unreliable, and honestly incompetent when it comes to proper customer service. HIGHLY suggest finding a better shop than this one. You've been warned! Previously reviewed on google as well and the business responded by disregarding my response due to me not "being present when the service was performed". When in fact I was there at the time of the car pick up and shook the hand of the owner. Once again this place is unprofessional in the way they handled not only our situation, but others just like it. It would've been fine if they just were honest and took accountability for their mistake. Instead they agreed to make it right and once they realized how bad the damage really was, they decide to deny everything and refuse to make it right.

Both vehicles came out looking fantastic, with clean edges and a finish that really shows how much Andrey and his team care about the details. A large rock later hit the Blackwing's hood hard enough that it would have meant a dent and paint work, but the STEK film absorbed the impact and protected the original paint. Andrey even offered to redo the hood at cost, which says a lot about how they stand behind their work. STEK is a step above most other PPF brands in clarity and durability, and these guys are true experts. Highly recommended if you want it done right.
