Going there around 11am today, I drove around per their signs, waited for someone to come to the lane offering Full Service, not self service drive through. No one came to take my money. Sitting there, I called their telephone, no answer, I got their voicemail. I had to back out of the lane, turn around to go to the front of their building entrance. No designated parking spaces unless I wanted to pack by the self service vacuums. I went inside, finally a young man asked if he could help me. I told him I wanted the Full Service wash (I'm in my 70's and handicapped). He told me there were only two employees there, including himself. So no Full Service wash. I ask When the best time to get it done would be And he gave me the Same Hours as I was there at the time. I'm unsure How they can have good reviews, except it must be only from those SELF SERVICE customers. DO NOT ADVERTISE A SERVICE UNLESS YOU CAN ACTUALLY PERFORM THAT SERVICE. With only 2 employees, how in the world can you expect to stay in business?? I certainly won't darken your door again. What a waste of my time.

But I was just as happy to see no drop-off in service or options. Primarily I go here for emissions. They're cheaper than many around, currently $7 cheaper. For those so inclined, that'll get you a Venti drink thing next door. Take it up a notch and pay it forward on a top-line wash package upgrade. For $5 more you get the Manager's Special wash + emissions test included. You can get the wash right then or a voucher code for future use. The Special isn't a gimmick: it's like you won the charity-band-fund-raiser lottery extraordinaire. Multi-colored lights make you feel like it's rolller-derby night while your car is getting the spa treatment, with brand-name sounding hot waxes and wheel scrubs. Uh-uh-uh! Foot off the brake and car in neutral, unless you want the "1.5 minute wash" which doesn't do it (not that I know from personal experience or anything), or if you like bumper-damage insurance claims. Avoid the rear-car residue here with a hand pre-wash on every vehicle, saving you from that typical dirty rear window. Free vacuums, floor mat cleaners, and cleaning products complete the package for those wanting self-serve shine. I'll return because we have too many cars. That's a first-world problem so I'm not complaining. It's not like every single one of them is a solid gold Rolls. I mix it up with a platinum model thrown in there. If this thing ever stops being a car wash, I suggest a Taco Bell, because it would be amazing karma to "bring back the 'Bell." Or maybe Sonic with all those pull-in spots. He even knew the paint color codes off the top of his head. Impressive! SJ did a great job managing my expectations, letting me know what could, and what couldn't be corrected. I was surprised to receive a text message from SJ, with before and after photos of the paint correction on my driver's side door. The difference was night and day. He continued to send progress photos periodically. Delighted by excellent communication throughout the process. When I went to pick up my 2016 Lexus LS460 L, I was thrilled by how sharp it looked after the paint correction and OptiCoat ceramic coating. Black paint is hard to keep, but this coating is making it much easier. I will be returning with my wife's car for the same treatment. Thanks for making me a happy customer.

I spoke with Stefano, the new owner, who went through all my wash options and what was included in each - very knowledgable and even offered to give me a ride to the gym close by while they worked on the wash.
