The first few Chiropractors that I visited kept persuading me to come back several times each week, which I could not afford, do not believe in the necessity of doing and simply did not have the time for. I went to Dr. Gregory because I was in pain and he recommended I come in once a week for a few weeks, which is much more manageable. He also spent a ton of time with me identifying both muscular and skeletal issues that were causing my pain. Most importantly, he sent me home with 3-4 corrective exercises that helped to alleviate my pain quicker. In all of my other visits with Chiropractors they sent me home with non-specific "core" exercises that did not pertain to my problem at hand.
