Sadly, i didn't research as much as I maybe shouldve. They bid about $3000 higher than 2 other quotes i had recieved (one of which was also a GAF certified roofer offering the same certifications) . After i signed, then they would not price match for some lame reason or even consider lowering the cost or including doing drip edge flashing which the other company offered to do at the lower price. Come to find out as well, they did not recommend it, or consider installing drip edge flashing when i didn't have any at all on the roof which i wasnt aware of. When the roof was off i could definitely see some fascia rotting adn damage, so i get to do that myself now instead of when its easiest to do with the roof off.... The actual roof itself seems to have been done well, which for the price it better have been. but I can't help but feel i overpayed and was underdelivered...

We will definitely contact them when it is time for a new roof. They did our new roof in August and did a great job. It was done in one day and the workers stayed until it was done. We are very happy with the quality and will definitely use them again in future when we are ready for siding.

The quote I received was not only reasonable but also lower than what I was quoted by other companies. I paid half up front, and they got started quickly. Throughout the job, they took progress photos and shared them with me once I got home, which I really appreciated. The porch roof is now fixed, the work looks solid, and my wallet didn't take a huge hit. Fast, fair, and professional. Definitely recommend.

I called them in December of 2023 because my laundry room had a leak in the ceiling. They came out to look at the roof gave me an estimate of $2000 which included repairing the hole that had to cut in the wall to do the repairs. They also gave me a 5 year warranty. In December of 2023 The league started again and the exact same spot. I called Don's roofing again. They sent someone out, and I was told that it was fixed again. On January 7th the roof was leaking again. They came back out again and assured me it was fixed. On March 4th, it started leaking again. They come back again. I'm not going to put all the times from March until now they've been to my house and my roof still leaks in the exact same spot they supposedly repaired every time it rains. Now every time I try to contact them they don't respond for days and then they tell me they're coming and don't show up. I am out of $2000 and still have a leaking roof. Stay away from these so called roofers.

I recommend Premiere Roofing and Siding to my son. Going for a quality product vice a cheaper cost. He hired them to wrap his house in their vinyl coated aluminum . It was around 8-9k? I looked at the finished results and it looked good. The first time he tried to open his garage door, it got caught on the newly installed trim and damaged his door. They replaced the garage door with a similarly insulated garage door. I decided to hire them to wrap my rental house in the vinyl coated aluminum since they fixed their mistake and damages at my son's house without any hassle. I paid them just shy of 10k for the job. I had a few places where the wood trim was rotted. I had a conversation with their estimator about one area in particular and asked for pictures of that spot after they replaced the wood. He assured me that the job foreman would take the pictures. After the job was completed I asked for the pictures. I never received the pictures and the company said the estimator no longer works here. This company supposedly has a referral program that pays $100. My son never received the $100. I contacted the company twice, but never heard back. This was December 2025. I have one window that cranks open. My tenant tried to open the window and it got caught and damaged the trim. The company came out about 2 weeks later and fixed the trim. The window opened without getting caught. This was November 2025. June 2026 my tenant tried to open the same window and it caught the trim again, this time it damaged the trim and broke my window. This looks like a pattern. Two house and two problems with installation. My tenant called me to ask if they were done because the guy finished the trim and left without saying anything. My tenant is a really nice person and told me the worker was rude and talk to her like she was an idiot. I called the company and left a voice mail because nobody answered. I received a call from the President/GM Ann, I suspect she is the owner. She stated that the window was not their fault and that is was broken from the inside, inferring that the tenants broken it somehow by negligence. They took no pictures of the window, just a video of the window being opened by my tenant after they replaced the trim. Now I see where the worker got his attitude. I sent her pictures of the window. The inside sheet of glass is broken in a diagonal pattern from the top right to bottom left. The outside sheet of glass is not broken, The screen has zero damage. I told her that the window was clearly broken by getting caught on the trim again, just as my tenants stated. This aluminum coated vinyl is solid. Not easy to bend. This lady will not answer me back and refuses to fix the window. All of this nonsense over a $300 window. Run.

I don't think many of us plan for a roof replacement. I wasn't planning on having to have my roof…read morereplaced this year. I had someone come out as I was looking at having gutters replaced. The one I talked to about gutters showed me photos and some of the shingles had a hole in them and said I should have a roof inspection conducted. After that, I turned to Yelp to look for companies to have a roof inspection completed. There were several to choose from, and I had a few come out to look at the roof. Inspectors from two different companies were supposed to come out the following day. The first one was a no show, but Cleus Staple from Revamp Exteriors came out at the scheduled time. This visit occurred on July 13, 2025. We stated outside to look over the roof. He was thorough in checking out the roof. He confirmed the same thing the gutter representative told me. He also went into more detail and showed dips and such in the shingles too. We came inside and he went up into the attic to check out the roof from that angle. Apparently, some of the drilling for the solar panels I had gotten a few years back made a hole into the attic from the drilling of the solar panels. After that, we sat down so he could go over the product that would be used for rebuilding the roof, as well as changes in the building codes as the roof that was currently on there was over 20 years old. The old shingles were a three-layer design, while the newer version is a five-layer design. There was a waterproofing barrier as a part of it, as well as the roof would be resistant up to 130 mph winds too. He was able to answer every question I had asked, and he was up front and honest about everything. After going through everything, and based on this experience, I decided to pull the trigger and go with them to do the roof replacement. We got to choose from a variety of colors too. They do have financing available through Service Finance Company. They did tell me that it would be over a three-day period. The first day would be getting the solar panels down in preparation for install. The second day was the roof install, and the final day was getting the solar panels back up and running. After getting things settled, the roof replacement was scheduled to begin on July 23, 2025. A few days later, they were able to move up the start date to July 22nd due to better weather conditions. The first day was pretty easy. It was just getting the solar panels down. All of the solar panel work was done by Solar Unlimited. The next day was getting the new roof installed. It was a noisy day, but it really didn't affect me working from home as usual. I did come out a few times to see how things were going, and I was glad I was not the one doing it. It looked really good after everything was completed. It took about 9-10 hours total. The following day, Solar Unlimited came back to re-install the solar panels. The morning after the solar panels were put back up, John from Revamp Exteriors came over to do a final inspection after everything was completed. There were no issues, and he shared those pictures with me, which he said I can use them. Overall, this was an excellent experience with Revamp Exteriors. They were quick to respond to all my questions, and they were able to give me everything I need to submit for a homeowner's insurance discount for a new roof date. Although the cost can shock you, it will be great in the long run since it's considered a 50-year roof. In the future, I may need to look at having the vinyl siding replaced at a later time, and I will definitely turn here first when that time comes. If you are looking at having some home renovations completed, you need to give Revamp Exteriors a call. You won't regret it.
