I've seen other terrible offices that are not as hygienic which is unfortunate because of the field they work in. I get my teeth cleaned by Cara and Dr. Ghada is so friendly all the time. I love going to this office. They are honest with me and Cara even shows me in the x-Ray machine where I can do better with flossing and areas I need to focus on, so I don't have to have deep cleanings as often. It's nice to finally have someone who cares about my health and prevents me from having to deal with gingivitis, or other types of problems just by paying more attention to my overall dental health. Dr. G walks me through the best options for what I need to get done. Most dentists are money hungry, but at Premier Dental Care, I feel like their main priority is my health and nothing more. There's no way I'll ever go to any other office. You would be wise to come here and let them take care of you, as they have for me these past few years. When she finished, my bottom teeth were shaved (without my knowledge because I was completely drugged). 6 months later two of the teeth kept popping off. Ghada said "They are like roots you have to do maintenance." In six months, I thought to myself. The cherry on top was when one veneer fell off again 3rd time now and Ghada clearly aware that it was chipped glued it back on. They are CHEAP, DISHONEST do NOT know how to communicate, and they should be called DUMB and DUMBER. I now have 15K worth of work ahead of me including getting my bottom teeth rebuilt because of the lack of care these two jokesters did to me. DO NOT go there! You have been warned!

They use all the latest equipment. Their hours, including appointments after 5, are very convenient for working folks. They take extra care to reduce any pain. They also seem very trustworthy in providing you with the care you need rather than suggesting extra unnecessary treatments that add up, as I suspect other dentists do. I was not trusting dentists in general before, but I do trust Dearborn Family Dentistry thoroughly based on my experience with them. I can't recommend them enough and I can actually say I'm 100% satisfied with my decision to come here.

In the dental chair you're offered a warm blanket to get you more comfortable. Bad experience. Had an infected tooth for months that the dentist refused to acknowledge. He would…read morenot prescribe anything for infection, his only solution was extraction. I finally let him pull it, he threw it in the tray and walked away. The assistant picked it up and showed me the infection on the roots. I knew it was infected because the pain would go down when I took antibiotics for other conditions. I found a new dentist after that. They did a lot of repair work that had been neglected by the prior dentist. I've had a couple years of no dental pain after leaving this dentist.

He was able to save teeth that I thought were going to have to be pulled due to the poor work of a prior dentist (with only one needing a crown), and all the teeth he's worked on feel as though they've never needed a filling. If you dread getting the cleanings because of a combination of sensitive teeth and hygienists who seem sadistic, make sure you ask for Kim. She's willing to take the time to clean manually (sans sonic torture device), but very thoroughly. Even the office staff is so friendly and helpful that I've accidentally smiled while paying a bill! The hygienist took great care of me, explained what he was doing as he was doing it, asked about any discomfort now, or since the last time. 20 minutes later, I had my little dental goodie bag and I was in my way home. I was luckily able to pay my balance in full within the first month. I didn't think anything of this at first, but when I was told after 6 months of treatment I only needed 2 months I knew something was up. They finished me and let me go but my teeth WERE NOT how I was promised to be. Not only that, I've heard complaints that there equipment is old and outdated, I went to another dental office and they legit criticized this place for the way they do there job. They shaved down my teeth and after getting another opinion that shouldn't have been done and there was another way to fix my teeth that didn't involve shaving them down, now my bottom 4 teeth feel pain whenever I have anything too cold. If I had the money I would sue this place but I don't have the time or money for that. I now am having my braces done at another place, and let me tell you the service is so much different. My appointments are quite literally in and out at my new place, but when I'd come here I'd come 10 minutes before my appointment and they would have me waiting MINIMUM 30 minutes and one time AN HOUR AND 30 MINUTES JUST TO GET INTO THE CHAIR!
