Dr. Wolfson's office is so inviting and comforting. We did a breathing exercise to help me meditate and relax my mind, her voice is very smoothing and I was able to feel less tense in my shoulders. Dr. Wolfson offers different Healing Arts Services that I definitely plan on making an appointment for. She has great energy and really cares about the body and mind, I had a great experience and I would absolutely recommend!

I am so happy to have found Iris; she is a lovely person and a caring provider, and definitely lives up to her glowing reviews. The office is warm and comfortable with a definite holistic feel, which I appreciated. I tend to get anxious during medical appointments, but I was comfortable the entire time. Nothing felt rushed, and she really listened to my questions/concerns and provided helpful feedback and resources. Also, she is super eco-friendly and I love it! (You will see what I mean.) 10/10 would recommend to anyone at all, but especially to those who are looking for something better than your average ten-minute-factory-style obgyn appointment that has become all too common.

Pros: Dr. Somers: I…read morewas just there for a very brief appointment, but I felt Dr. Somers did a good job in educating me and addressing my concerns. I felt she was thorough, honest, and to the point. She was also personable. Pt Room: Very clean and organized. The Medical Assistant that took my vitals and did some other things did a great job. Cons: Front Office Area: I believe it is a HIPPA violation to have your patients' name on a page you sign in at for everyone to see--it might not be, but as a former healthcare worker, that was a big no-no. I waited 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to see anyone and I was the first appointment of the day. Also, at 8:30am when I walked in for my appointment all the nurses were up front eating Chinese at their desks. There was also an empty yogurt container on the counter in the reception area with no owner. Gross and unprofessional.

Both times, the…read moremiddle-aged Hispanic woman at the reception desk ignored me while I stood in front of her face. She was typing away. I've been a secretary for 35 years and I don't let anyone enter my office without acknowledging their presence within 5 seconds- even if it's to say, "hello, I'll be right with you". It was so unbelievably long that I decided to walk away and go have a seat. Once I sat down, the woman flung open the glass door and asked how she can help me. That alone is enough to make me never go back there. Dr. Somers is hard for me to deal with. I just think our personalities don't mesh. Sometimes it feels like she's talking down to you or making you feel like what you have to say is ridiculous or doesn't make sense. She seems judgmental and I don't feel like she listens purposefully at all. Now just some "bedside manner" things... while you're laying in the bed with your feet in the stirrups, your coochie is facing the door to the room. The nurse stands at the bottom end of the bed with full view and during my last visit she had to leave the room meaning opening the door while I'm laying there wide open. That's very uncomfortable. When your visit is done, Dr. Somers closes the stirrups without pulling out the foot rest which helps you push yourself up. You're left to dangle with your feet hanging and need to use the stomach muscles to sit back up which isn't comfortable after certain procedures. I don't like that she doesn't leave the room while you're getting dressed. I see someone else addressed this as well. Yes, there's a curtain so you can get dressed in a little corner, but she sits and types her after summary while you're getting dressed. That can be done in her office. Patients appreciate privacy. I think she's a good doctor as far as her work itself goes, but the human to human experience leaves a lot to be desired.

I was looking for a GYN doctor for my special needs adult daughter…read more Dr. Keen was perfect. When I called I got an appointment fairly quickly. Everyone was very nice and efficient with the entire vist. Dr. Keen was very nice and professional with my daughter. Giving her a chance to talk and ask questions. I love that her didn't make it seem like she was in a hurry. She took time to really hear her and solve the problem she was experiencing. Dr. Keen ordered tests and made a convenient next appointment before we left. The only negative thing I have to say, which has nothing to do with the practice is finding the office. Finding the campus is easy, but the building the practice is in is not clearly marked. After walking around and asking people.....I found it. I would just suggest a sign, outside the building to help guide you. I would highly recommend this practice for women. P.S. There is free parking on the campus.

After going through this and placing multiple calls and portal messages to my MD, not once did she ever reach out. I feel like I was completely alone going through this with no contact to a physician. That was a horrible first time experience with this office, no bed side manner at all. As other reviewers have noted, it is nearly impossible to get anyone in this office on the phone. Virtually every time I called, I had to leave a message because no one answers the phone. During the course of my pregnancy, I left several messages that were never returned. If I was lucky enough to get a callback, it was sometimes days later. The nurses who answer the nurses' line, Jackie and Gail, were two of the rudest healthcare staff I have ever met. As this was my first pregnancy, I had questions about tests and procedures that the dr ordered. Jackie and Gail were annoyed at every question I asked and acted as though I was inconveniencing them by wanting to understand my care. Jackie actually hung up on me at one point on purpose. Most nurses I have seen in my life have been caring and compassionate - Jackie and Gail are the opposite of this. One of the doctors I saw at the practice admitted that there were some "communication issues" with the nurses - apparently everyone there knows how they treat patients, but refuses to deal with the problem. I reached out to the nursing manager, June, at one point to express my concerns and I got similar treatment from her. It seems the issues with their nursing staff start at the top. I saw several doctors over the course of my pregnancy. Most of them were fine, except for Dr. Alice Roberts. I will never go to her again. She was condescending, demeaning, and rushed through our entire appointment. She treated everything I asked as though she could not believe I was asking such a stupid question. I see that other reviewers here and elsewhere have had similar experiences with her. The practice really should take note of this issue. The one bright spot was Dr. Sarah Warsetsky. She was kind, patient, understanding, and took the time to answer my questions. If you have to go to this practice, she is the only doctor I would recommend. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the care I received here and wish that I had spent more time finding somewhere that would have provided better care and treatment of patients.
