I was very pleased with his communication and thoroughness as we made arrangements for promotion, marketing, payment, and logistics. On the day of the event, I met with him and his helper and everything fell into place. Part of the arrangement we had for using the space was that I could be a participant in the event. This was absolutely my good fortune. Kyle is a soft-spoken communicator, but was completely able to keep the attention and engagement of the 16 participants. More importantly, he has a tremendous ability to help people move past some of their blocks, particularly guilt and shame, so they can really get in touch with themselves. And that is perhaps the most important part of dealing with intimacy in interpersonal communication. I've participated in numerous tantra, intimacy, and sex-positive events, including week-long retreats. Kyle's is easily among the best, particularly among shorter sessions. I found myself learning, getting in touch with some of my own stuff, and finding myself aroused, stimulated, and engaged. I absolutely recommend and endorse his intimacy workshop and intend to participate again next time he's in Florida

They encouraged scheduling online, but the person i spoke with when I called was extremely helpful and friendly and I got the time and day of the week that was most convenient for me. They were very communicative in sending reminders of my appointment via text and emails. They are located in a residential area and the business you can tell was once a home, turned massage haven! I absolutely love that part, it's very charming as you approach outside it has a cute branch archway and a decorative bench. There is plenty street parking. The space is very open, bright and clean, which matters. The rooms where the massages are held are very spacious with sprinkles of serene things throughout. There was a very beautiful affirmation about walking and enjoying the moments In the bathroom that I had to take a picture of to share with others. The space overall is inviting. The Massage: I got a 90 minute relaxation massage with hot stones!!!! It was amazing!!! Serena was my massage therapist and she was friendly and courteous, asking if I had any trouble areas and addressing them very efficiently. I hadn't had a good massage since before covid so my body needed it and as she worked on my back and arms I felt my mind going from thing to thing to eventually feeling loopy and forgetting where I was lol That was a good thing for me. Lol I will be back!!! If you are considering it. Don't hesitate, make your appointment. So grateful I found my new spa!!! I walked out lighter and in a better spirit. The prices are reasonable in comparison to other spas, its not a $50 massage, but you get what you pay for and I'm over $50 massages, walking away sore or feeling weird because the place seemed shady. You won't get this here! You get quality and a safe space. Make your appointment.

ZERO STARS: A couple…read moreof hours before my appointment I got a text from Trina which I've quoted below. "Good afternoon. I apologize for any inconvience. We need to reschedule your appt. Due to the power outages in the building yesterday the property management company are doing some emergency electrical work. What other evening this week is good for you." I immediately replied asking if I could come in tomorrow, but didn't get a response. So I called and left a voice message a few hours later. Still no response, and mind you this was still early on in the day. I eventually wound up sending her the text which I quoted below. "Hi, Since I haven't gotten a response from you these past 2 days in regards to rescheduling my appointment. After texting you, leaving voice messages and commenting on your Instagram account. I would like to be refunded my deposit. Thanks!" That got her to respond. - This deposit was labeled as an early access fee when I booked my appointment. Which I thought was strange. She claims she wasn't aware of it and had no evidence of it in her system.(even stranger) So I had to send her a screenshot of what I was talking about. She refunded me but what's annoying is that. When responding to me she simply responded saying what deposit. She didn't address the fact that I've made several attempts to reschedule my appointment and never got a response from her. Nor did she ask me about rescheduling. BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. And given the way she handled things I don't believe that there is really an issue at the building. She probably just didn't want to come in for my appointment!( And even if it were true. Why would you text me a couple of hours before my appointment. Instead of the day before when you firt knew of this issue.) I try to not let a few bad reviews detear me away from trying out an establishment. So when I saw them on the booking site and Google maps. I still decided to go ahead and book. Now here I am disappointed. NEVER AGAIN! I wouldn't come here if the appointment were going to be free! And I will be letting EVERYONE I know who's interested in the type of services she provides about my HORRIBLE experience! PS, SHE DELETED MY APPOINTMENT OFF OF THE BOOKING SITE SO I CAN'T LEAVE A REVIEW ON THERE!

I got a reminder text three days before the appointment, which was appreciated. Trina was so sweet, personable and friendly. She did an excellent job with the massage; immediately figured out if I was uncomfortable with a certain pressure or movement and asked how she could change it. I got a great scalp massage and the knot in my shoulder straightened out. I really liked how there was no push to sell me a package or membership at the end (which happens too often at spas), Trina just gave me her business card, told me about the specials, and invited me back. The location isn't fancy-it's homespun and very clean and inviting, with plenty of candles and soothing music. I didn't go home feeling any less pampered than I would have somewhere upscale- in fact, I got a better massage than I have at those places. I'll definitely be back.

Even when she's not working on me, I still incorporate different techniques that she has taught me into my daily life that continue to make a difference. She is extremely talented, I highly recommend her to anyone seeking individualized treatment in massage, Myofascial Release, and Craniosacral Therapy. I have also taken a few of her very thoughtful workshops and would recommend them as well. I recently also started to see Sarah who was recommended to me by Julia. Although I don't want to limit Sarah's talents, the one word that makes me think of her is "strong." I never imagined that so much strength could come out of her hands. But it's much more than strength, she's thoughtful, thorough, and creates a wonderful balance throughout the session. I highly recommend Sarah.
