As a bride who was planning from far away without ever visiting the space, I was worried about all the details, and Amber was always available via phone and text to answer my 50 million questions. For example... -- She let me mail some items to her and brought everything to the venue, and then shipped everything back to me too! -- She printed some wedding signs and also helped me find a projector screen very last minute and was extremely flexible with week-of and day-of changes, always being extremely positive about it all! -- The wedding timeline was changed VERY last minute and she accommodated all our wishes and asks -- She found our rental company and helped me think through options with the space arrangement and decor -- She set up everything EXACTLY how I imagined in our reception venue! -- She helped me work through issues with the reception venue to accommodate my guests according to covid guidelines (and calmed me down when I thought the reception was ruined!) -- The day of, she was a dream to work with. And if they don't have exactly what you need in stock, they can source it if given enough time lead time. And their pricing is very competitive! We worked with Perla, who was great! She was super accommodating and spent time with us each time we visited without making us feel rushed. She even gave us multiple samples to take to our venue walk-through because we were unsure of what color to go with. We can't recommend Byanca's highly enough for linens!

I had to move tables and open dishware and set it up myself. And then when I complained they were defensive and combative and called me rude (see picture). I told my friend and she says she has experienced the same when they are overbooked. I would not recommend them. I would've used my usual person but they were booked. Right when there was a lull in everyone freezing things and during a small peaceful pierid where everyone might be able to do things again. I immediately began planning my wedding. Influential Events was known to me in passing; a friend of a friend you might say. Didn't think anything of it till the 3rd venue in California canceled on me and my then Fiancé, and our then coordinator washed their hands of it saying 'schedule something more virtual' or use this one (offered me an EXTREAMLY over priced venue that was well outside of my budget) I went 'NOPE' and turned to alt methods. A quick consulting to establish boundaries, budgets and 'wants' and we were off to the races with our new fairy godmother. So what did we find? A castle...that's right, a Castle. And I'm not talking Excalibur (which was still shut down for weddings on my wedding date Mind you!). Let me set this for you as to why that was so important to me and my Husband. We both are history buffs. We practice in a historical re0enactment group. He hits people routinely with swords in fighter practice. We had WANTED our marriage to be a little bit of old time flare, or a Fair whichever ;). So when the campsites canceled and no venue gave us this 'feeling' of pre 1600's we were loosing hope. She was professional without being stuffy and fun without losing sight of the importance of marriage and this commitment our friends were making. After signing in, three of us went with the bride to a little dressing room where we staged a beautiful photo shoot, used some hairspray, and just started to get really excited. Our party was the only ones in the place, so we had all the rooms to ourselves. Each one was decorated a different theme and perfect for photo shoots. The main ceremony room probably can fit about 40 people. It was simple and lovely. The photographer, i believe her name was Kristen, took amazing shots during the ceremony, told us all to have fun and take photos but don't get in her cameras way. She was fantastic. Our bride felt so incredibly gorgeous and happy. She splurged for the extra photos and will be able to pick 25 out of all of them i believe. They said photos would get to them in 72 hours and the marriage certificate was filed and will probably get to them in a couple weeks. Everything went so smoothly. The officiant just met them and already gave each of them sweet messages. I swear this was better than a recent wedding i went to where the pastor knew the couple and didn't personalize it at all. You could tell she truly loved her job and took it seriously while also giving it the levity it needed as a small wedding venue in Vegas. This location is located in an upper floor of a building above a brunch place. Go through the main doors to the elevator in the back. They had dresses to rent too if you wanted to wear something fancy without purchasing! Love love love. I didnt have high expectations for a Vegas wedding and this truly blew my socks off. Tempts me to get married here if my time comes around....

After being wronged so many times in life, i couldnt help but feel paranoid which led me to asking many, many questions. I wouldn't have blamed them if they felt offended by my seemingly endless series of questions but they answered them ALL.. WITH a smile on their face! I am a bit tense at times but they really allowed me to focus on what i was supposed to feel, joyful about my official marriage to my wife. We were so grateful we were sure to leave a tip.
