My fiancé and I wanted a hush-hush quickie ceremony to make it legal nearly 6 months before our "real" wedding date (the one that we told our parents and friends about). No... I wasn't pregnant. We were already making the trip to Vegas for the "real" ceremony and reception so we figured we would take advantage of the ease of getting married in Vegas by just doing our little legal ceremony there. We could have opted to just get married at the bureau by one of the justices of the peace there, but instead decided to try to find a way to make it a little special, while still keeping it private and secret. We ended up finding the Wedding Wagon on Yelp and we're delighted with the reviews. We decided to get married in front of the Bellagio fountains on Dec 6, 2014 at dusk. Dave Peck and his wife, owners of the Wedding Wagon, met us precisely on time at the location they told us to meet and escorted us to our location in front of the fountains. We watched the end of a fountain show and were told that when the crowd dispersed, we would move in and reserve our space for the ceremony and pictures. We enjoyed the fountain show to the tune of Elton John's "Your Song" and then began our ceremony. Much to our surprise (and his as well), the fountains piped up for a second show in less than 5 minutes! (Not typical) Dave was unfazed and simply said, "Well, I guess I'll just have to talk louder." So we could hear over the sound of the fountains behind us. We didn't care, however. Our ceremony was incredible and all our pictures both during and after the ceremony were in front of the most magical fountain display ever!!!! A crowd gathered around to observe our nuptials and clapped when it was over. We got our digital pictures (15 free!) in less than a week and are so happy with how they turned out! It was the most romantic wedding ceremony ever and it was just for us and about us!!! Dave and his wife were professional and did an incredible job. I high recommend this company!

Having a Vegas wedding seemed like a no brainer, as Vegas offers so many diverse wedding options. We considered between Wynn, Bellagio and the Venetian, and we relied on online reviews for our final decision. We picked Wynn at the end due to its excellent reviews, posh setting, quick responses and a location further away from the center of the strip which seemed less chaotic for our big day. Our wedding planner was AnnMarie and she was an absolute sweetheart to work with. We picked the Opulent package for $3,590 which offers 1.5 hour use of the beautiful wedding chapel and dressing room. The package also includes one night of hotel, bridal bouquet, officiant, one hour of photography/videography, wedding planning and a limousine ride to obtain your marriage license at the court house in advance. AnnMarie was on top of everything in our wedding planning, and all we needed were to bring our wedding attire, pick our music and vows. It was as stress free and fun as it could have been for our wedding! The wedding package also offers a la carte add on for aisle flowers ($3,000 to $4,000), live music, additional photography ($225 per hour), and champagne for everyone. We decided to add an additional hour of photography around the resort as we wanted to capture our wedding moments for our life long memory. The wedding package includes only hard photo print, and the cost to purchase the full electronic copy of the photos is between $1,195 to $1,895. Overall, we felt the wedding package at Wynn offers an excellent balance between a beautiful wedding venue and a comprehensive package for a stress free wedding. When we arrived, everything was ready. Our minister accommodated all of our requests. She performed a beautiful loving and reflective ceremony that really captured our 20 years of marriage. The photographer is wonderful. He took pictures of us and the family before, during, and after the wedding and he was open to any suggestions that we had for photos. We especially love the pictures of the pink Cadillac out front. This will be a memory we will have forever. It is also great that the videography is included in the package that we got. Our officiant was great and our package also included a photographer who sent over 5 shots (additional are $20 a piece) after the ceremony. We absolutely loved how they turned out. The chapel has a variety of different options and items for sale or rent like wedding gowns, rings, commemorative t shirts, etc. I thought everything was very reasonably priced. Our package, the cheapest, was a mere $129 and it felt 100% worth it. Sure enough, our certificate was filed with no issue and is registered. Things started off well with Katie, but I was stood up by her around four times without communication about whether she was running late or had taken another couple. I eventually requested to work with someone else because I wanted to feel like my wedding was being taken seriously. I was then assigned to Charlotte, who was absolutely wonderful! She was helpful, communicative, and made me feel heard. Unfortunately, I later received an email saying I had another wedding planner. I'm assuming Charlotte was no longer there, but it was frustrating having to start over again. Then I was assigned Jazlynn. I explained my vision and expectations multiple times, just as I had with the previous planners. Unfortunately, I did not feel supported. It was difficult to reach her, and at one point it took about a week to receive a response. I eventually had to go to the chapel myself to get help from another wedding planner. I also asked about having pictures taken of my dad's reaction when I got out of the limo. I was told that doing a first look with my dad would cost $400. I understand additional services cost money, but I was disappointed that I wasn't given any other options or alternatives. If you are getting married within a month, this may work for you. But if you are planning your wedding five months or more in advance, I would personally recommend looking elsewhere based on my experience. The wedding day itself was also disappointing. The limo was late picking me up. When I arrived at the chapel, I was rushed because they were "on a time crunch." I had already communicated exactly how I wanted the seating arranged and had discussed it with the coordinators and all three wedding planners. It was even written down. Yet when I walked down the aisle, what I had requested was not followed. That was one of the most upsetting parts because I felt like I had spent months explaining my vision and expectations, only for them not to matter when the actual day came. I also received information about expected tips of $35+ for the coordinator and photographer and $50+ for the minister, which was difficult to understand given my overall experience. I reached out to the manager by email last week regarding my concerns and, as of today, I still have not received a response. I understand that weddings can be hectic and that things don't always go perfectly. However, I expected better communication, organization, and attention to the details I repeatedly discussed. Charlotte was wonderful, and I truly appreciate the help she gave me. Unfortunately, the overall planning experience and the way things were handled on my wedding day left me very disappointed.
