We tried various machines where every time we would get the item and the claw would be moving halfway towards the drop off section. The claw would open up on its own, even though the item was secure in the claw while moving the first couple seconds. The mail working the register told me his manager calibrates the claw machines in a way that you have to keep spending on it until you can have a payout. He said there's nothing he can do about it and that's how claw machines work. I feel like that's a poor excuse if you spend about $50 for young kids to try to get a prize. Other claw machines around town do not drop your item that many times and force you to keep spending over and over again. I think this will be our last time here.

Our experience is a 5 star and this is a hidden gem we will definitely repeat.

In 2022, they had a lemon butter sauce which complimented the crab well. 2026 they added tomato sauce to the recipe and it wasn't as good. No wonder it was not marked as best seller. Plus, the crab pieces were less, and 3x I bit into crab shell. I told the bus boy who cleared the plate, he apologized but the server was not informed. The complimentary focaccia was not as good as 2022. Calamari, the batter was thinner and lacked flavor. Not sure what happened, but what I am learning is that when I find a restaurant that is really good, I shouldn't come back anymore years later because I will just be disappointed. As for Irma, who I was told was the event coordinator--she was very sweet and helpful in the beginning. But when it came time for the wedding rehearsal, I was told I had to find my own coordinator.
