They did everything we could've asked and more on what was a small project for them but HUGE for us. For less than $200 we got personal editing assistance with professional adobe tools we couldn't afford on our own. The results were just perfect and, pending some red tape, a huge success! I owe a tremendous debt to Patrick Havens - his individual attention and consideration in an emotional and urgent process made our experience so much better. Now our niece enjoys her own copy of our pamphlet (she's featured in it too!) and it's a keepsake for all the families involved in the process.
