The woman who cut my hair was nervous, had long nails, was rough with my scalp, and had no feeling…read morefor a hairdresser. She didn't even bother touching my scalp and hair in a pleasant way. At the end she brushed my hair with such force and so quickly it actually hurt!! Even the hairdryer was too hot so it hurt too! The whole experience of getting your hair cut was horrible. She did not know what she was doing and was so unkind during the process. She looked like she does not want to be there at all. I asked for a simple haircut, and she did it so horribly that I will probably have to go to another hairdresser to fix it up. My hair is sticking out in some places and has no shape, all I wanted was a long bob, shouldn't be too hard to do! She was rushing, the whole washing, cutting & drying took her about 20 minutes. Totally unacceptable and I will never visit again. It is not worth the money.

I have bought a voucher from Groupon for half head of highlights or tint cut, finish and cocktail…read more treatment plus Indian head massage . When I have gone to book the appt - I was told because its a Groupon that they only book so many Groupon clients on each day which is fair enough. What isn't fair is that fact that when I asked for a senior stylist I was told that they would book it for me but would not guarantee that it would be them doing it on the day as it could be a junior it would all depend on the day seem you are penalised for being a Groupon client. I thought the idea was that you used the Groupon to bring in more clients not put them off !!! Has anyone else experienced this?
