We were worried about how things would go for a first experience, especially with his size, but Adria and her team did a great job handling him. They took extra time to ensure they were introduced, which wasn't a problem with endlessly loving Gus. They then got him comfortable hooked up for nails, which was a challenge that they overcame after a bit of maneuvering. They successfully got his nails trimmed and introduced him to bath stuff ahead of schedule, to which he did great! We were impressed with her adaptability and determination with a positive attitude when handling such a big baby boy. She got us in for a bath at a time that worked for us after work which was great, and only a week out! There's a reason all the locals recommend her, definitely big dog approved!

They did the puppies 8 week shots and deworm right on schedule. They neutered my male with only a 2 week wait. And vaxxed my 12 week old German shepherd with only a 1 week wait. They meet in the parking lot and take the dogs inside, which is great so I don't have to get my kids out of their seats. And the puppies were in and out within 10 minutes. The doctor came out and talked me through literally everything. And the receptionist is also incredible. I was sceptical because of the low rating but honestly, this place has surprisingly gone above and beyond. I even prefer it over my old vet down south. Very happy.

They charged for 3 appointments when only 1 was needed and all 3 were in and out in less than 15 minutes. Then they forgot one vax card and didn't list weights of the dogs as I had asked for, seeing they had to weigh them for proper vax amounts glad we can go back to Soo Mich to our vet. 6x the service and $300 cheaper. Sault Animal Hospital is very caring, professional and take care of your pets live it was their own!! I'd never recommend this place to anyone everthey seemed to not care at all and were not professional in any way shape or form !!!
