This guys are excellent, stress free to deal with, respectful, clean, and most importantly their work is excellent. I hired Design Shielding to install PPF on my wife's Tesla. We initially agreed to do it at a shop but didn't get a spot. So, fortunately the weather got better the following day around 64 degrees, which allowed them to come and work on my garage. They wear mask when needed and observe covid-19 precaution. They need above 65 degrees to install the film properly. So I have to put a portable heater to bring the temp a bit higher which turned out great. They are also very considerate, I change my decision to a full front last minute and they accommodate it even though they have another job after mine. Rob has taken care of clear protective coating on my car as well as three of my husband's vehicles. Each time Rob has done an absolutely excellent job. The material is excellent quality and the edges of each section are clean and very neat. If you weren't looking, you wouldn't know it's there. The results have lasted so far, with no discoloration so far. Rob is a perfectionist. On my vehicle, Rob found a flaw with the material as he was putting it on. He probably could have made it work and I wouldn't have been the wiser, but he called and asked for one extra day to get new material and re-do the work. Did some research and decided SunTek film would be the way to go on my Corvette. Called Design Shielding and liked the idea that Rob was mobile and would come out to the house to install...if you have a properly covered area. Note...you can also go to his shop if need be. Called another installer with a comparable film, but Rob's prices were better. Paul came out and spent a great deal of time making sure everything was perfect. Which means you can't even see there is film on the car. Rob stopped-by later in the day just to make sure things were going good. I would highly recommend using Design Shielding for install. I'll see in due time how the SunTek product holds-up and how true all those articles are that I read. Would include a photo, but there is nothing to see since they did a great job!! read more
