To top it off, the customer service is horrible, a man and a woman that work the phones are very unpleasant. Communication is severely lacking and what I thought started off as a good transaction ended up horribly as soon as we held them accountable for their dishonesty. The only sign of integrity, which was appreciated, was when the owner offered to cover our rental to the tune of $2200, but that does not negate the poor craftsmanship on a $70K vehicle.

And, as it turns out, they weren't even able to put on the invisible door guard which was written up on the estimate. No. And I have to say, for the amount of work done, the price seemed high to me, but since (up to now) I've always had excellent work from Gerber, I was willing to pay a premium price. Based on the necessity of my return trip, I'm regretting that I committed to using them at this location.
