When he returned home, I asked if the staff was wearing masks. He said 'No. and there were customers in the store not wearing masks either.' I was livid. IMO, any retail business that does not have their workers wear masks is telling the customer 'We don't care about your health. We encounter scores of people everyday and we may indeed be symptom-free but covid-positive.' Deal breaker for me. And then to add insult to injury, I'm not pleased with the knife sharpening. I can run my fingers down the blade without any thought of cutting myself. In pre-pandemic days, I would have definitey brought the knives back to be sharpened again. However, I'm not risking going back into a business that does not have the basic covid precautions. So they got my $12.00 this time but never again.

I've always brought in a range of knives, from very good quality to pathetically cheap, and they have always taken good care of them all. No judgment or attitude about bringing in less fancy knives. I've now had poor experiences at two different outlets, each involving different store managers. Most recently, I visited the location this past Sunday, and the experience was honestly appalling. Claire, the store manager, made my wife and me feel completely unwelcome--like we didn't belong there, or couldn't possibly afford what they were selling. Her attitude was beyond rude. It felt as though simply asking basic questions was an inconvenience to her. We left the store feeling disrespected and insulted. What's especially disappointing is that we actually like a lot of the cookware here--we own quite a bit of it. But based on how we've been treated, I'm strongly considering taking my business elsewhere. It also doesn't help that the more helpful employees (like the ones we used to interact with at the West Palm location) seem to be let go, while the arrogant and dismissive managers stay. If this is the company's culture--judging customers based on how they look or what they wear--then they seriously need to rethink their training and values. No one should be made to feel like they're "less than" for walking into a store. Respect and good service shouldn't come with a dress code or a price tag.

Being an outlet store, you will have be less picky about the color but that is fine with me. I own different brands and colors so my house is like a rainbow. Today, I was interested in a deep lasagna pan. And I found a rack of them with an addition 30% off. Score! Overall, I wish I could have spend more time at the store. But my 2 year old was getting antsy and there are a lot of heavy and breakable items. However, I will be back in the future. And maybe by myself if the wife allows it to spend more money.

The original design didn't work with the space as the floors were uneven. The rep came back out with technician and came up with a solution that worked. We weren't able to get it in before the end of the year because we didn't know how uneven the floor was until it was self-leveled out. Glad they were able to come up with a successful solution. The carpenter they used was great and a perfectionist. Once that was done and notified that the glass was cut and ready for installation. Enrique and Andrew came out prompt, professional, and completed the installation within half the time of the allotted window. These have only been installed for a couple of weeks, but so far we are very happy with the investment, service and quality of work. This is the 2nd order I have placed with Creative Mirror & Showe and would definitely recommend them to others and use for future projects.
