When I arrived and opened the front door, you can't enter the restaurant at all - it's blocked off by a table with a bell, and a QR code if you are interested in ordering takeout (i.e., they are not doing any sit-down dining curently). The (cook? host?) there told me my food would be ready in ten minutes, so I went to Farhat a few doors down to browse meanwhile. What I ordered: 1) Chicken Tikka Masala - okay, maybe 3/5 or 3.5/5. It was cooked with bell peppers, which I haven't seen before. I compare all Indian food to my gold-star favorite, Main Street Kitchen in Clawson, and New Delhi's chicken tikka masala is not as good as theirs. 1a) they gave me a big container of fresh rice to go with it. 2) Garlic Naan - was sweeter than others I've had, overall it was okay. You only get two pieces for $4.00 (DoorDash price; might be cheaper when ordering direct) which isn't that much. 3) Mango Lassi - probably my favorite of the three things I ordered, it was very mango-y and smoothie-tasting. The restaurant is smart and put a tight seal on top too, similar to what you would get from a bubble tea shop, although they didn't provide similar straws; I had to poke a hole using a knife when I got home, then use the straw provided. Overall, I might order again from here, but if I'm ordering from my house, I probably would do Main St. Kitchen instead. Today it was convenient though because it was on my way home from my appointment.
