Dr. Connell is the first and only doctor I have ever been to that actually listens. Further, she considers your entire mind, body and environment in developing treatment. She made several suggestions and immediately told me her plan would not entail me being on all of the supplements and such forever, but to reduce to exactly what is needed as we proceeded through treatments. This is a fact. From the first set of supplements to now - the supplements have been reduced to half. From the first session I have experienced great changes to my pre-menopausal symptoms (hot flashes gone). From the next session my acne, weight gain, nail strength, and sleep have all improved (all the things I wanted to address).
