Five-Star Review I…read morewant to leave an outstanding review for US Safes and specifically Neil Grammatico. Out of the blue, I knew I was in the market for a quality safe to protect important valuables, so I gave them a call. From the very first conversation, Neil was absolutely amazing. His customer service was top-notch, knowledgeable, and never pushy -- just honest and helpful. I ended up spending close to $2,000, and what really impressed me was that my safe was delivered to my house just two days later. The delivery itself was smooth, professional, and handled perfectly. No stress at all. I went with the Sports Afield Haven Series, and I am absolutely in love with this safe. The quality exceeded my expectations, and everything turned out exactly as promised. I'm a business owner myself here in Riverside, and I truly appreciate exceptional customer service when I see it. Neil earned my trust simply by the way he communicated and handled everything -- and that trust paid off 100%. From start to finish, the experience was flawless. If you're looking for a safe and want to deal with someone who genuinely cares, stands behind their word, and delivers exactly what they promise, I highly recommend US Safes and Neil. Impeccable service all the way around.

We've went to a few different places and was actually referred to Neil from a place that sells safe. They told us to not buy from them and go see Neil if we want something of quality. Walked into the shop at 4:50 (they closes at 5). Neil didn't rush us, took his time to answer our questions, asked questions to help us make the right decisions, and even got the safe delivered by noon the next day. He called to follow up after the delivery to ensure that we were 100% satisfied! The safe we went with should last us for many generations to come and we will be referring friends and family to Neil.
