Me and my wife had Luis and DesertPros put down concrete, irrigation, gravel, and drainage for our backyard and exterior walkways to the sides of our house. From start to finish, Luis was open to me and my wife's idea of what we wanted. He is a hands on planner and showed us our options and even literally sprayed down the boundaries where we wanted our concrete and adjusted with what we felt comfortable with. Disappointed. I called owner Luis 1 week in advance and scheduled an appointment for him to come evaluate my irrigation system. He no showed no called to our appointment. 3 days later I had to call and follow up and was given excuses about his phone not working. But apparently phone worked today when I called.
