Best complex in the Imperial Valley! This is definitely a great place to live. It is located in a…read moresecluded area of El Centro with easy access to the 8 freeway, without any traffic noise and is a very quiet complex in general. The managers and staff here are friendly and available to help you out with any concerns or issues. Repairs are completed promptly and the manager and staff are available 6 days a week. The manager tries to go above and beyond to make each resident live comfortably. I'll never forget the day the manager passed out breakfast burritos with coffee and hot chocolate to each resident on their way to work beginning at 4am, during the holiday season. That was such a welcoming surprise. They have also held events to show appreciation to the residents as well. I won a $100 gift card to Starbucks from a resident raffle held at one of their resident pool parties! The actual apartment itself is awesome. I lived in a 2bed/2bath Lila Unit with a garage. The beautiful open floor layout was all on one story. It included two luxurious master suites with attached bathrooms and walk in closets. There is a shaded patio for each unit and plenty of storage space as well. Each unit has a washer and dryer inside without any need to go outside. Also a shaded assigned parking space and additional first come, first serve parking spaces. You will find great amenities here as well. A workout gym, a beautiful oversized pool with lounge chairs and plenty of umbrellas for shade, a jacuzzi, gated complex, secure mailboxes. This complex has it all! I recommend this complex if you want the best apartment living in the valley. I recommend it for sure!

My family and I were in a time crunch relocating from NorCal for work. The property manager Alejandra made the moving process so convenient and fast for us. Leasing agent Maggie has also been very helpful and friendly, she has made me and my family feel welcomed. Maintenance tickets have been resolved in a timely manner. I'm honestly impressed with how fast our maintenance tickets have been resolved. My apartment is beautiful and so spacious! I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a safe and quiet place to live.

For what the rent was a camera or some sort of security watch would have been nice. Not to mention the pigeon problem at this complex was terrible. The amount of money they "claim" to have to keep from the security deposit is a joke.

While expensive for El Centro, this is one of your only decent options. Apartments are very nice,…read morejust like the pictures on the website, maintenance was always done quickly (not that we really ever needed anything) and Palmita (I think that was her name) was really friendly as well as the maintenance guy. We lived here for two years. If we hadn't bought a house in EC we might still be there. Parking was never really an issue. I occasionally would bring home my work truck and I think once I had to park outside the gates but in general there is always guest parking available. The pool is small but nice. The grass area is small as well but kept up nicely. The gym is small but has what you need and is rarely busy. Overall it's pretty quiet. We had some neighbors across the way that kept us up maybe 2 nights out of the 2 years we lived there, but they moved. Why 4 stars then? It's a little overpriced. Security is a little lacking - they do have cameras and what not but there were always people coming in off the street and going through the garbage. Also, like most corporately run apartments, "wear and tear" does not exist. We left the carpet and the apartment very clean and still had half our deposit taken. However, for El Centro, it's about the best you can do.

Jay Goyal Is the worst…read more I have been renting a home from Jay Goyal since May of 2020. Unfortunately shortly after moving in the pandemic was in full effect here in the valley. Among the loads of devastation, I lost my job. Although renters were protected during that time and up until June 31st , Jay felt the need to continuously harass me about the rent. I was thankfully assisted by the Covid housing program, and even then, he felt the need to put evictions on my door every month and text me constantly. He knew his rent was being paid through the program, because he had to sign up as well. I always stayed in contact informing him about what was going on with my situation. Throughout the entire pandemic he didn't stop harassing me and submitting eviction until the point he hire a lawyer to evict me. The rental assistance paid Jay every single month of rent (plus an extra couple months in advance) that was owed to him and 2 or 3 months in advance all the way until January 30th of 2022. This though put him over the edge because he wanted it me to pay his ridiculous late fees( after the 5th of every month was $150, plus $10 daily after the 15th). He bragged about evicting families that didn't know that housing is the key was providing help, and that he maliciously not inform them about the assistance, why? Because the program doesn't pay late fees so it wasn't convenient for him. He made sarcastic jokes and mal intensional comments about people losing their homes during and after Covid. He made it very clear that because he wasn't getting his late fees he was going to evict me. During the pandemic he filed for eviction multiple times without success because I was protected by housing is the key care act. Even when the case was dismissed a couple of times all giving to me the legally win. He continued to file and to harass me, and tell me things like "just give me the keys and get out" and "be ready for the sheriff to kick you out(referring to the last unlawful eviction he submitted that for some reason he claim that I was served been again one of his lies and malicious games. Thankfully I was assisted by the professional help of a attorney Jessica Moreno from CRLA, that they just didn't charge me a penny but they looked out for my best interest and defended me against this corrupted and malicious landlord that presume be the property manager of a few or a lot houses in imperial county, when he is actually the owner; but he purchase the properties under his wife name and owner, as he works as the "property manager" which I not an expert but is something fishy and illegal about this that doesn't sound right. Every month he would post eviction notices on my door. The harassment never stopped. Even when he knew that I was dealing with a PTSD treatment under the Behavioral Center of Imperial County that until today Im going through, and that he didn't care and keep trying to evicted me and putting more pressure on me and leaving me homeless with my 2 animal support dogs. Now that the pandemic assistance is over as March 31st of 2022 and the Care Act that still protect the tenants until June 31st of 2022 and I still haven't found suitable work, Jay has begun bombarding with horrible messages about evicting me again even when I informed him I had 2 months of the rent that I could pay (I owed 1 at the time because the first of June barely hit) so I could get caught up and He decide to close the app I used to pay the rent. He said he was adding his lawyers fees to my rent and he wanted it paid and he wanted the eviction to continue even I had the two months to pay; you will wonder why he was maliciously decided to evicted me because I told him that I was getting married with my significant other that is a male, and apparently Mr Goyal also like a lot of people in the Imperial County discriminate hard and illegally without a punishment against the LGBTQ+ community and the one we were targeted not just in the streets, at work, and now even in our house with this landlord. I asked him numerous times if I could pay and he went to the sheriff and gave me a 7 day notice to leave his property, again The amazing attorney of CRLA take my case and represented me in court against Mr. Goyal and his lawyers giving me again the reason to negotiate a date of when I wanted to leave the property, but at this point I was suffering of harassment, insomnia, even bullying from this man that I told my CRLA Attorney that I will leave by Sunday 11th of June I just give 1 star because I cant live it in no stars
