The man who came introduced us all to Fiona, the adorable pony who came to the party with him. The handler was kind and polite. He was very patient with all of the kids at the party. Some were young (siblings of the party goers) and he took the time to allow them to pet the pony and get comfortable with it instead of just having them sit in the saddle before they were ready. He stood next to the pony but out of the view of the cameras that were snapping pictures like crazy. He was very safety conscious and a total professional. Scheduling the pony ride was easy. Laurie kept in touch with me and confirmed the date and time the week and the day before the event. I had no concerns at all.
