RCMC Medical centers has been THE BEST weight loss program I have EVER joined…read more When I first joined, I was Larry because I was unsure of what to expect because I have been through hoops so many times with other programs I thought this was just gonna be another one, but I felt the tub to it and I am so glad I joined not only do they care about your medical and they make sure that they put you on the right medication's. They are very knowledgeable in everything that they provide for us as clientele. When I first started, I was kind of concerned about putting the money in for this program, but I told myself that if I am going to take care of me for once in a very long time, I am worth it and Sariah who is the owner and founder of RCMC has been around for 20+ years so I know that they are valid the energy that she gives to each of her clients which she gets to know every single one of us personally, and on a personal level has helped in so many more ways than just here are your medication's. This is what you have to do. This is what you have to eat and then just leave it to us. No, she is involved along with every single one of the office girls and the trainers in the coaches every day they check on us and if they haven't heard from us in a few days, they will personally check in with us to make sure we're doing OK or to find out what's going on and how they can help not only do they provide medical they do provide workouts, which is good for me because we do I'm on Zoom and I don't have to go anywhere. We can be in the comfort of our own home and do these workouts. The bands that are provided to us that Sariah make sure that we get are a game changer in regards to working out and the fact that I can do this in the comfort of my own home and not feel like I'm being judged in any way shape or formed by anybody and being able to have it feel more of a family with RCMC than just a medical facility means the world to me. Firstly, I've never been somewhere that does not have the medication on hand and this location does not. They have to order it from a pharmacy which started my crappy journey. They ordered the prescription Dec 8 and told Me they would call me when it came in. Understanding enough, they said holidays might delay it some and I was patient. After waiting almost 3 weeks I call them about it and they told me it "got shipped to them but sent back" and they were sorry and I had to wait for it again. It was the week of Christmas so of course it wouldn't be there. They promised it would be there the Monday after so I drove my 1.5 hours there and guess what, they didn't have it. At this point I've been waiting a month for the prescription. 1) what kind of wellness company let alone PHYSICIAN orders from A pharmacy and doesn't even track their own prescriptions? They ordered it then never even saw it got sent back/ wrong location, whatever the excuse (they gave me different reasons each time). I literally had to call them after all this time then they say "oh sorry wel get it now for you" and couldn't after almost a month of screwing around. They told me they "have so much" and can't keep up with it but honestly it's just bad business and laziness. 2) even after all this they wouldn't call me the day I was coming in to get it, just to say they still don't have it. Long story short don't waste your time with them (literally), they are just winging it with this business. I went to a different weight loss company down the road and on the same day i have product in my hand. Garbage this place is.
