There were plenty of outlets around, so no awkward hovering near a wall like a tech-dependent houseplant. I ordered a coconut latte with oat milk, and it was genuinely good. The booth was also dangerously comfortable with the cushioned bench situation. Very easy to convince yourself you're being productive when really you've just found a socially acceptable place to sit for three hours. Customer service was kind, low-key, and pleasantly quiet. The space stayed pretty peaceful most of the time, so if you need silence to study, this is a solid find. I personally need a little more background chaos to keep my brain entertained, but that is very much a me problem. I'd still come back for the latte, the outlets, and the suspiciously comfortable booth.

Interior was small but bright and there's WiFi available and outlets, if you want to try and get a longer stay in. A downside is you'll definitely hear conversations from other groups with how tight the cafe is. Staff there was very relaxed, and it took quite a while for our order especially as only a single person was staffing the cafe. Luckily we weren't in a rush and it was a nice spot to hang out in. I got a strawberry coconut cloud and my friend got a coconut latte. My strawberry coconut cloud was chilled and refreshing. Vaguely strawberry at the top, and mostly a watery liquid on the bottom half. I don't think I would get it again. My friend's coconut latte was far better: latte with a coconut foam top and coconut bits. It worked well overall and tasted great. We shared a butter cake, which was doused in a honey like syrup and very one note (honey/sweet) but paired well with the drinks. I feel like I missed out on their star: the Yemeni selection. If I'm here again, I would definitely try their coffee instead.

No one asked what type of milk we wanted, which was especially concerning because one person in our group is lactose intolerant. When we asked to have the full order refunded because none of us were happy with our drinks, she again said she didn't know how to issue a refund. We asked to speak with a manager, and she told us that she was the manager, which made the situation even more confusing. A manager should know how to handle a basic refund or at least know how to get assistance. What made the experience even more unprofessional was that after taking back the first drink, she drank it in front of us and then walked away. We also noticed what appeared to be a lot of cross-contamination while the drinks were being prepared, which was concerning, especially for anyone with allergies or dietary restrictions. Overall, the customer service, drink preparation, and handling of the refund situation were extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this location based on our experience.
